I was contacted by email within a week or so to setup a Teams interview with a recruiter. The call was 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't have an opportunity to ask questions, though I think the recruiter just forgot.
The next day I got a generic rejection email from them. Overall, I would say, my experience interviewing with them was as good as it can be for a rejection. I have no complaints overall. A little more feedback is useful, but I know a lot of companies just don't provide it because some candidates then flip out and can't handle it.
From what I can tell, they appear to have a reasonable interview process. No goofy personality tests like Wonderlic, it sounded like it was a 2-3 round process. Not like 5-9. So overall I really can't complain and would give the green light to anyone considering applying. It was a "normal" screening process. Disappointing, but no hard feelings.
