I had 8 interview rounds and a PM assignment. The process took about 1 month. I met with HR for a screening call. I met with the hiring manager and 5 rds of interviews meeting with 2 team members and cross functional partners.

I got a calendar invite to a conversation with the hiring manager. I really enjoyed out conversation and he said at the end, "we'll dig into that more in the next round." Over 2 weeks have elapsed and I haven't heard anything. I was very interested in the role and I thought the conversation had gone well but apparently not.
