I had a phone interview that went well. Was told by the hiring manager they wanted me to meet the team and themselves in face-to-face interviews.
Never heard from them again. Rightpoint never followed through with any communication, only a black hole. Repeated attempts were made to contact the hiring manager and recruiter, with no response.
Disappointed by Rightpoint's lack of follow-up, which reflects poorly on a company that says customer service is important. Hmmm.

I left the original post, so anyone reading this can see the change in my demeanor regarding this event and Rightpoint.
The Recruiting Manager at Rightpoint reached out to me today after seeing the above review. I was left with both a voice mail and email requesting I contact them - both messages contained an apology. I called the Recruiting Manager and was again offered an apology for the lack of closure. I received a brief overview of how the situation developed and was told corrective action(s) had been taken to avoid this situation from occurring with other candidates moving forward.
To Rightpoint's credit, it took some time and effort on their part to figure out who I was and to reach out to me. I believe their apology was earnest and they have taken steps to prevent this situation from developing again. I now say "Kudos" to Rightpoint for investing the effort to contact me, be accountable for the situation and bring closure to it. Provided the opportunity, I would work for them because I value accountability in myself and others when errors, oversights and mishaps occur. It is apparent Rightpoint does also.
