Lengthy but not the standard protocol so more interesting than usual interview process.
Staff were friendly and encouraging throughout and helped with the tech side of things when needed.
Feedback and outcome came pretty quickly after completion of the process too which is great

It was very personal, they wanted to get a real feel of how you are as a person first. You interests, passions and work style etc
