I interviewed at Rider University (Lawrenceville, NJ)
Interview
Simple and straight forwarded. Very friendly and nice. Typical tell me about yourself how do you stay organized. Went through 2 rounds of interviews. Offered the position but pay lower than expected.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and how to manage your time.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Rider University
Interview
30 minute Phone screen then a 2 hour long zoom interview with all of your potential coworkers and coworkers in a department you’d closely work with. All together about 20 people
interviewed you. I was not offered a position but even if I was, I would have turned it down. The zoom interview was way to long for a entry level position. They asked really odd questions that didn’t give them a better understanding of my work ethic or skills. One girl I believe was even trying to hide her laugh from my response. I do not believe all of these people should have a opinion on whether you’re a good fit for the position and should be kept to higher leveled staff. This interview turned me off from rider as a whole and I would not be applying to any other positions in the future.
