Phone call interview after an e-mail to schedule the interview. I was interviewd by a very friendly yet professional interviewer. Overall a very positive experience, even though I wasn't a good fit for the position.
Interview process was quite smooth and informal - went through 3 rounds in total (HR, sector partner, head partner) with questions mostly ranging from my previous experience and general interests
