i had an opportunity to talk to one the of the recruiter of RICOH through virtual career fair then they took a phone interview and invited to meet their sales and executive manager in our area after a week later.
There were a total of 3 interviews. 1st was with the assistant manager, the 2nd was with the general manager, The final was also with the general manager where we negotiated a pay plan.

Interview
Phone screen and in person interviews. Interview did not follow an interview guide. All parties asked good questions during the interviews. I felt the interview process was very fair and knowledgeable.
