I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ricoh
Interview
Started with a phone interview which were basic qualifying questions. I then met with two managers who were very professional and sincere about finding the right candidate. Very nice office with a very professional work environment. They kept the interview comfortable and practical, did not ask textbook interview questions but questions that's will actually describe who you are. Then had a second in person interview with the regional manager and one of the managers from the first interview. Even better! They made sure the job was a right fit for me and also the other way around. They let me be myself and did not demean or belittle at all! They love question and that you show an interest in the company. Let's just say I left the interview ready to work! Which is what good managers are able to do
nothing I can recall. the process was as you would expect and you can see from the other reviews. There are questions and there are answers then a second interview if necessary.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ricoh (Glasgow, Scotland)
Interview
Invited for initial in-person interview after submitting CV and Cover letter, for them to basically tell me in person that from my CV they didn't think I had enough experience. Timewasters.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Questions were not clear, but basically was asked if I know the Scottish Market. I proceeded to explain that I had a few scottish clients in my previous sales role, but they didn't really give me an opportunity to speak. Their Head of Sales for UK and Head of Sales for Scotland don't understand the 80/20 rule and just like the sound of their own voice.
Very smooth. 2 rounds of interviews. One was a phone interview. After the phone interview, you the manager. The manager asked basic questions around your experience. Additionally, he'll walk you through what typical day looks like.
