Got an interview pretty fast. It was scheduled online with one of their advisors. My overall feeling was that they were not prepared for an interview, did not ask many questions or didnt answer questions I had for them. Interview was very slow, not engaging - was expecting more from them based on their start up mindset. Salaries are non negotiable and below the market standard (they are trying to fill the gap with extras).
