Richmond Fellowship interview questions

It is a short process with only one round of interviews. Normally only two people on the panel. Questions depend mostly on the person interviewing you i.e. they may ask more scenario or more competency depending on their preference of what they are looking for. Be prepared for both.

It was 3 people, they all had different angles on the interview but and it was slightly intimidating at first but then warmed to them! Overall very pleasant, but be prepared!
