Interview #1: Met virtually with the hiring manager as well as someone from HR. Basic questions about my professional background, my interest in the position, and familiarity with the institute I was applying to.
Assessment test: I had to complete a timed assigned assessment test that had specific questions and prompts. It wasn't overly difficult, but did require a few hours of an evening.
Interview #2: In person with the hiring manager and two other team members. The questions were about more specific aspects of the position, as well as how I handled various issues or roadblocks in previous jobs. I asked them just as many questions, which they seemed to appreciate.
