Spoke to Pete, the owner, in a business casual manner in the main office, on premises. Lasted about 15 minutes total, and was hired on the spot (I get the feeling that's how it usually goes, although he said he usually sleeps on it). Mainly just made sure you're a good fit for the atmosphere (neat, thorough, hard-working, willing to take on tasks, etc.), and that you're reliable (specifically asked about commute and school life). A big plus to getting hired is being able to work weekends, as the shifts are different every week and the management tries to rotate weekends (or at least one or two days of the weekend) amongst the employees so you're not always stuck working Friday nights.
