I had an interview with Ria Payments a couple of months ago. It remains one of the most incompetent interviews I’ve experienced from an HR perspective—I ended up asking more questions about the company and role than the interviewer did. I applied mainly out of curiosity because the job ad kept being reposted. During the interview, I was honestly confused, as it didn’t even seem like the position was real. No one followed up afterward, and the company continued reposting the ad for several months.
