A phone interview with a recruiter. She asked very basic questions. After that there was a zoom call with a supervisor. This guy asked to work on a research to submit after the interview. The recruiter refused to give me an offer in writing and was not able to describe a basic benefit information that they offer. She told me that I must verbally accept the offer before getting the offer in a letter…. What? So unprofessional and very rude communications by the recruiter.
