I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Apr 2013
Interview
Long and bureaucratic process with many tests including personality tests. You'd think you were applying to join some top secret agency! By the time you speak to an actual manager you've basically passed the tests however and they are nice enough to talk to. Trying to negotiate salary is designed to feel impersonal and intimidating. They wouldn't meet my counter offer (which was simply what I had made in the past) so I walked... life's too short to spend it in an institution like this.

Question 1
Am I comfortable working with a ticketing system to get creative deliverables finished in a timely way?
Process begins with a logical assessment and a personality assessment. If you get past the logical assessment (which is where many people get cut), you’re brought in for interviews. The interviews are pretty easy.

Interview
There were about 4 interviews with multiple individuals. They showed me around. They were friendly and professional. It was a pleasant experience besides having to drive there multiple times. There was a weird test that you had to perform there.
Before the interview they wanted me to take an aptitude test and personality assessment. Looks like they make everyone who applies for a job take the tests. They send you sample problems. Was not expecting to take an exam to apply for a position.
