I was contacted by R&R in December of 2010, and after a phone interview, I was offered a 1:1 interview at their headquarters in Dayton, OH. I really enjoyed the interview, and was able to, I thought, make a good impression on the recruiter. I was told as I was finishing up the test that I would be called within two weeks about another interview. Two weeks passed, and I emailed the recruiter who I interviewed with as to when I would know, and she said I should receive a phone call in the next couple of days. The very next day, I received an e-mail from an auto-reply mail server that I was not being considered for any position, but my resume would be kept on file...talk about unprofessional behavior, especially coming from a company who holds customer service in such high regard.
