First is the Resume screening. You have to submit your resume and after 10 days they will reach out if you are selected. If not then a standard email saying you are not. After that you will be reached out by a recruiter asking to fill in another form and do Personality Test.

Very smooth process, applied online through their website with a wonderlic examination, received an email for HR interview, futher online personality questions and an in person interview. HR interview was very pleasant

I took the online personality/aptitude test and received an invitation to a phone interview. The recruiter was nice and explained the next steps to me, telling me that the next step was for the director to review me. Later, I received an email telling me I was not chosen to continue in the process.
