I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Feb 2023
Interview
Had a short phone call with recruiter to discuss role. Moved on to a longer interview with same recruiter over Zoom which was pretty standard. Asked me for a drivers' abstract (which I had to pay for) to move on to the next round - despite there being several more interview rounds. 3 weeks later I finally had the next interview scheduled with a supervisor. Only lasted 25 minutes and asked the same basic questions as the first interviewer before telling me there would be two more rounds of interviews. Keep in mind this is an entry-level job with low pay - I found it extremely disrespectful being strung along as a candidate with no respect for my time, asked to provide materials out of my own pocket, and then being dismissed as a candidate after 2/4 interviews by an automated message with no follow up from the recruiter I'd been speaking with for weeks. Reynolds and Reynolds clearly has little regard for the candidates in their application processes. Judging by the dead demeanor and lack of enthusiasm of the supervisor I spoke with who'd been with the company for 25 years, I don't think it would have been a particularly rewarding place to work for.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Pinnacle Peak Heights V-VI, AZ) in Sept 2022
Interview
Involved an aptitude and personality test. The recruiter was helpful in responding quickly to my emails. Then I was required to share information for a background search before continuing to a second round interview.
