Apllied through LinkedIn and received an email sking to appear for an aptitude and general awaresness test. Aptitude test consisted of verbal ability, quantitative ability and logical reasoning. Verbal ability is comparitively easy though for the other two parts time constraint seems to be the most difficult part.

Aptitude questions consisted of basic quantitative ability and general awareness had questions like:
in which country did Diana hayden died? what is the full form of WMD?

Interview
Quick call by the HR asking basic behavioral questions and telling about the role and the team. No specific technical questions were asked. It was more of the interviewer speaking than asking questions from me
Long and not worth it. Would not recommend. Felt like a massive waste of time. Interviewer was also late and came off as pushy. In the end the ghosted me after the assessment.

The interview process was very easy and smooth. Highmy experienced in customer service. Achieved friendliness to ensure customer satisfaction. Use of numerous skills to train and lead others. Good work ethic.
