Interview
The process was excessive given the entry-level position. There were several standardized tests that were not relevant to the position and the communication was not very quick. The entire process felt extremely robotic and the interviews were pretty generic until the final stage.

Long, impersonal, obviously didn't read any of my application, or the questions they asked me before the interview. Made me not want to work there before the interview began. Then emailed me twice after to apply again, and didn't take my application both times. Thanks Reynolds and Reynolds!

Took an online assessment and had a Zoom interview with a recruiter. Was asked to complete a form asking about my employment history, family information, and background and interests (behavioral type of questions). Chose not to proceed futher with the interview process.
