Very tedious on boarding process. The online application is simple but if they contact you back they will send you an aptitude test where they test your mechanical abilities, personality, basic math skills, and other stuff.

Evidently I did well on the assessment. Recruiter asked some open ended network questions. Heard back a week later that they were moving on in their search. They have been advertising the same position since I began looking in August, so either they aren't really hiring or there is a lot of turnover.
