Interview
All contact will be through email, which will be generic and sent out to all potential employees who make it to the interview process. Leading up to an interview, which is not guaranteed, you must take an extensive aptitude test that asks you a bunch of math word problems and order sequences asking what comes next in the pattern. Afterwards you then sit and wait in a holding area as long as they decide to keep you their, could be over an hour or more, and then one of the recruiters may ask to conduct and interview and will take you to a vacant conference room. In the interview they will ask you what you know about the company, why you want to work there, what you will bring to their organization, and just to talk a little about yourself. A week afterwards you will either get an email asking to set up another interview with someone from the specific department you want to work for or another generic rejection email that is clearly sent out in bulk.

Question 1
There was not any questions that were particularly hard. All of their questions were very straight forward as I mentioned in my paragraph about the interview process.

Interview
I applied for a part-time content writer position and was immediately required to complete extensive pre-employment assessment testing. The tests required a significant time commitment, but I completed them fully to the best of my ability. A few business days later, I received an automated rejection notification. I was not considered for an interview and received no feedback regarding my test performance, the application status, or the aptitude standards required. In my experience, the process felt very transactional and discouraging for applicants who invest time into the assessments. I wish the company provided constructive feedback or a breakdown of test results before deciding not to pursue a candidate, rather than relying on automated rejections."
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (New York, NY) in May 2023
Interview
I had an initial Zoom meeting with a recruiter from HR. The interview was pleasant and she was really nice. She said she was passing my profile and meeting notes onto the Design division at the Houston location. I'm fairly certain they passed because I was asking for $70K, even though it's a more than reasonable amount for product testing and content writing.

Interview
Aptitute test had to be taken prior to getting an interview and then once again the day of the interview. Interview with the recruiter is done via Skype. If you meet their qualifications you will be asked to stay for in interview within the department you've applied for. Overall, the entire process took close to 5 hours.
