Interview
I applied on my school's career site with resume and was sent a link to a series of online tests and assessments which were very tedious and seemed unnecessary. I then was offered a skype interview which lasted around 40 minutes, and involved relatively simple questions. They want to make sure you know about the company, you're comfortable with sales, and you don't mind commission based payment.

None in particular, they were standard behavioral questions, such as "Tell me about a time you didn't get along with a team member" or "Tell me about a time you lead a group to success" or "Tell me about a time you had to tell your boss they were wrong about something".

Interview
Was e-mailed shortly after I applied and was sent multiple aptitude tests. These tests took approximately 3 hours, some were math, while others tested your ability to differentiate between sets of similar numbers and others tested your capabilities to pick the correct answer for a pattern. I had a Skype interview which lasted around 1 hour.

Interview
R&R talks with you briefly on the phone and then send you three online assessments to complete. If you pass the assessments, you are invited to the office where you take the assessments again to validate your results, and talk with a recruiter regarding your background and the job requirements. Then you will be instructed to take an online ethics quiz. If you pass that, you will interview with a regional sales director. If the director likes you, you will be invited to another formal interview at the head office.

Interview
Thorough interview process. It went on for a very long time and had to meet with multiple managers during. You must take an IQ test as well as personality test before you will get a recruiter to call.
