I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Glasgow, Scotland) in Apr 2019
Interview
This happened several months ago in 2019, I only managed to get to the second stage. Firstly there was an online multiple choice test involving pattern recognition. This was followed by a Skype screening from HR with non-technical questions. IIRC it was just confirmatory questions, like "Do you smoke?" or "Do you have any other offers?" In which case they fast track your application. After that there was another online test involving more patterns, some general mathematics, general knowledge questions about historical events or common sense, and a workplace ethics quiz. I did not hear back after this second test otherwise the next stage was the face-to-face interview at the local subsidiary office.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Jun 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
