I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview process was very odd in general. About a quarter of their bottom floor is set up for recruiting and they have a computer testing room and separate interview rooms in this department. Everything is very general and they ask odd questions such as your feelings about drugs.

Interview
I took the online personality/aptitude test and received an invitation to a phone interview. The recruiter was nice and explained the next steps to me, telling me that the next step was for the director to review me. Later, I received an email telling me I was not chosen to continue in the process.
