Head hunter emailed from resume on careerbuilder, then a 2 hour test online ranging from personality to synonyms to algebraic word problems. Just think retaking the SATs and you'll get the picture. Then Skype interview where they see you but you don't see them then passed onto the district manager.

I went through multiple rounds and was essentially ghosted. I expected more of a professional ethos from a company of this size. I was told I would meet with the VP of sales within a week and then nothing.

Interviewed with recruiter and hiring manager. There were going to be a couple more steps following that but didn't make it that far. During the interview with the hiring manager, a few questions that are no longer allowed to be asked were.
This company will lose a substantial amount of quality candidates due to their laughable testing. These answers can be found on Google and are relatively easy, however, they do not relate to the position and I found some of them outdated and potentially lawsuit worthy.
