The interview was ridiculous and impersonal. I interviewed at the College Station location. After completing a series of personality tests I waited around for about 20 minutes and was given a face-to-face interview with a recruiter; a recruiter who hadn't the slightest idea what a programming language was outside of the name. He repeatedly asked me if I smoked or used tobacco and only once asked me a serious job related question. As for the environment: it was the most uptight place I have ever seen. How any programmer could work in that place is beyond comprehension. Three weeks later I was informed that I did not get the job. I had asked for more than what they offered and, after reading the posts on Glassdoor.com, that was probably the reason they passed. What can I say? I'm not going to work in that place for $50k a year when I could (and now do) work in any other place for double that.
