Interview
I applied for the position through Monster and was contacted a few days later to take this online assesment. This assesment was pretty rigorous and took 2-2:30 hours. bunch of pattersn and math and other random stuff. i got contacted the next day to inform me I had a skype interview. Like what all these other reviews say, the interview was kind of odd asking me about other jobs i was applying for, etc. I would like to mention that I am a recent graduate with an Economics degree and a minor in finance and have held positions of leadership roles (asst. manager etc) and feel that I am far over qualified for the position. 2 days later i emailed them asking for an update and today (next day) i received an email saying i did not qualify. i don't get it

Interview
Was e-mailed shortly after I applied and was sent multiple aptitude tests. These tests took approximately 3 hours, some were math, while others tested your ability to differentiate between sets of similar numbers and others tested your capabilities to pick the correct answer for a pattern. I had a Skype interview which lasted around 1 hour.

Interview
R&R talks with you briefly on the phone and then send you three online assessments to complete. If you pass the assessments, you are invited to the office where you take the assessments again to validate your results, and talk with a recruiter regarding your background and the job requirements. Then you will be instructed to take an online ethics quiz. If you pass that, you will interview with a regional sales director. If the director likes you, you will be invited to another formal interview at the head office.

Interview
Thorough interview process. It went on for a very long time and had to meet with multiple managers during. You must take an IQ test as well as personality test before you will get a recruiter to call.
