The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Mar 2012
Interview
I applied through my school's career resource center. Once applied, they directed me to take their intelligence test, which consisted of some math problems, SAT-esque, algebra, etc. Also a personality test where you choose between three options for a given question- Many of the questions had gray areas which left me uncomfortable with any answer. Then there was a phone interview. It was some lady and she didn't have a lot to say, I forced the conversation along like pulling teeth. She asked basic questions, not even specific to the job But I guess they weren't planning on hiring me anyway, which is perhaps why the conversation was so awful, uninformative, and generally stupid.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Aug 2024
Interview
A very difficult wondelick test. If it he the test isn’t passed you won’t progress to the interview phase of the hiring process. The test is 12 minutes to answer 40 questions correctly.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
Phone interview asking general questions. They said they would forward it to the manager of the team, and then radio silence. They continued to email back as if progress was being made and my application was still being considered, asking for documents and such. Then ghosted me.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Tallahassee, FL) in Nov 2023
Interview
The whole interview was planned through linkedIn messages, the recruiter called me on my personal cellphone and the interview itself was very friendly and interesting. Hopefully they get in touch with me again
