the first stage of the interview process was very long, the online tests that you have to take can appear very random and it does take a while to fill them all out. the sections of the test are  Personality – not timed  Mental Acuity – 15 minutes  Business Terms/Memory Recall – 5 minutes  Vocabulary – 4 minutes  Perception – 3 minutes  Mechanical Interest – not timed the next stage of the recruitment process was the Skype interview, with basic HR questions about your personality. the last stage was two face to face interviews with the members of the software development management, asking mostly about the information on the cv however the second interviewer was asking majority of the identical questions. when the interviews ware over you got put in a testing room to do the exactly the same test that you did online but without the not timed sections.
