Applied Online and then got a email back within the weak to complete a series of online aptitude tests. Tests took 2-3 hours to complete. Got a call back from a person from HR asking what my preferences were. Then got email a little later.

Very smooth process, applied online through their website with a wonderlic examination, received an email for HR interview, futher online personality questions and an in person interview. HR interview was very pleasant

I took the online personality/aptitude test and received an invitation to a phone interview. The recruiter was nice and explained the next steps to me, telling me that the next step was for the director to review me. Later, I received an email telling me I was not chosen to continue in the process.
