The interview process consists of the “Senior Corporate Recruiter” making contact with you via email. You complete a wonderlic test, and the recruiter either sends a generic email saying you will be moving forward or not. I moved to the second step, which the recruiter calls me while I’m at my current job, asking me in depth questions about what I expect for a salary, which at this point is irrelevant. I discussed I’m aware of the salary range for the position I have applied for due to transparency on Glassdoor. She still expected a response, which I replied the range given on the job description. She also asked me about travel, which I said as needed, per the job description, which she still expected an answer. I was completely transparent and I was told “I will reach out within two days” I sent a follow up email, as well as one four days later, and received no response, other than a generic HR “we decided not to move forward” email. There’s a reason why Cox Automotive, CDK/ADP, Tekion, and other DMS providers are killing the game and Reynolds is just a secondary option.
