They select your resume from the pool of candidates if they like what they see, then they proceed to send an email telling you that you have been selected. Once you have been selected they tell you to pick an appropriate time for your initial phone interview. The phone interview is basically a pre screening process to make sure that you know how to commicate over the phone and to ask simple behavioral questions.

It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.

Initial interview with recruiter and then ending with a panel interview with 2 managers. The initial interview was more about reviewing my background and finding if I could be a fit. The panel interview ask a series of questions and then allots time for you to ask them questions about the position.
