Interview
There were two rounds of interviews with technical questions for about 60 minutes. When I did the interview I got a positive impression from the interviewers. I even got told they learned stuff from me when I suggested two methods to solve a problem with recursion they posed. They then scheduled a 2nd interview. However 15 minutes before the second interview they canceled the 2nd interview and I was not told any context. The recruiter later found out that they decided I was not fit for their "culture".

Interview
The interview was fair, completed a exercise, walk through it with a team of technical staff, given best to sit for two hours of onsite interview. Got the offer but due to a poor immigration department, the company couldn’t defend for my employment and gave up on it. Waste of time and would have been a nightmare if I joined them already.
