Interview
Exceptionally poor experience throughout. The initial recruiter gave few details and claimed there was no job spec even though it was readily available on the website. The first interviewer was unprepared and seemed unaware for which role I was interviewing. Was asked to prepare for an intense bar raiser call with specific questioning, only for the interviewer to conduct a very different interview. They then asked me to repeat this stage as they couldn't make a decision. Ultimately I was told six weeks into the process that the role was cancelled, though it was live and actively recruiting on LinkedIn for over a month afterwards.
