I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
I had a screening call with a talent partner, before the first round with the hiring manager, which was a problem solving interview. I was given advice ahead of time, around them wanting to see my problem solving skills. Essenitally I was given a business problem and they wanted me to talk through how I would approach it. In the guidance they said it isn't about reaching a specific solution, as there can be many right solutions, the evaluation is all about elements of problem solving. Anyway I was rejected after this stage and the feedback I was given was around the solution I landed on during this exercise.
