Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. Process involved two positive phone screenings and two technical assessments. Despite the significant time commitment and encouraging feedback early on, I was ultimately declined. Disappointing to see such high engagement end abruptly after multiple evaluation stages. Advice: Streamline the assessment phase.

The interviewer had an answer template in his mind and answers which were also correct but not part of his template was not discussed. He was showing off his expertise in business understanding at multiple points when I tried to confront him that this is also a correct approach.
I felt the interview could have been more of a collaborative brainstorming session than guesswork of what he has in his mind :)
Standardised HR interview, including pay discussion, background check, going through CV. Overall, it is fairly straightforward. HR is nice and willing to share a lot of recommendation for next round interview.
