Great process and instructions. Best interview experience however, you are not guaranteed anything till you sign the contract! So stay positive but keep at it! Also, they are quick in letting you know the final outcome.

Just brutal. I spoke with 4-5 ppl all the way up to their CPO. Everyone was just brutal in their way of describing the expectations of employees. I could sense that they had this idea of employees being troublesome, needy, and slackers. I asked one of the Senior VPs if he would give one recommendation to someone taking on the role and he said: Trying to hide and stay under the radar will not work here. You'll have to give your life to this if not we will know and within weeks you'll be out. That was just brutal and offensive! I respect their persistence and goal orientation but they really scared me away and inspired me to take the job. Another senior director completely yelled at me because I took 5 min longer than another candidate to solve a management task. Extremely uncomfortable!
