Had initial phone interview arranged, cancelled at 15 mins notice, then told was not being considered for the role, queried this, then received apology and another phone interview was set up. Late the night before, it was rearranged again. Then the phone interview took place - it was a little bizarre. The interviewer was hard to hear throughout - both their poor mobile signal and having it on speaker and not being close to the mic. The interview questions were basic and not really probing. Oddly, I described what I understood was the role, was asked where I had got that from (replying that I based my response on the advert), and was told that this might be what the role would do in the future, but that their needs were completely different in the short term. Overall, a dreadful experience - to the point of laughable - and, to be honest Revolut, it was already a big NO from me anyway! Really need to be much more professional if they are to scale effectively.
