I interviewed with Revolut for a senior-level position and had an unacceptable experience. About five minutes into the interview, the interviewer abruptly left the call without explanation. I stayed on the call for another 30 minutes, but no one returned and no communication was sent during or after the scheduled time. For a senior role, this level of disorganization and lack of basic professional courtesy is concerning. Candidates invest time and preparation, and at minimum deserve clear communication and accountability.

Unnecessarily long process. Spent almost 5 hours interviewing. Received a complete low ball offer which is something Revolut does so I would strongly reconsider interviewing here unless you are out of work.
