I had a 10 minute video screening interview, followed by an assessment. I also completed an online mock chat and a phone interview. Two months later, I received an offer letter.

I had a mock chat about a fraudulent transaction and a mock call regarding a cryptocurrency transaction. There were also a few questions about past experiences relevant to this role, including how I handled difficult situations.
