During my interview process with Revolut, I completed five out of six rounds. After the second one, I already knew that even if I received an offer, I would decline — their attitude was completely off. It’s important to remember that it’s not only the candidate applying for a job, but also the company applying to the candidate and Revolut really didn’t make a good impression. Each round was with a different person, leaving almost no time for me to ask questions. The overall vibe was just negative. When I asked about the company’s bad press regarding working conditions, the HR manager’s response was something along the lines of “It’s mostly salespeople who complain — that’s their fault for being in Sales. I’d never do that job.” An absolute no-go.
