Revision Military interview questions

Applied online through the company website, received and email 3 days later asking for an interview in person the next week. At the in-person interview was interviewed by 3 people for approximately 2 hours and then followed up immediately (in the same room) by an interview with HR for an hour. Everyone seemed very friendly and told me they would follow up. I followed up 3 times several weeks later and there was no communication on next steps or simply that I was not the preferred candidate.

The interview process consisted of email correspondence to gauge my interest, followed by a phone interview and then an in-person interview. I had positive conversations with everyone I talked to, however I never heard back after my in-person interview. There was no type of communication to extend an offer or to confirm that I was not the final candidate.
