Initially I got interviewed with HR for Behavioral screening followed by Technical manager skills review over the phone.Then,I had onsite interview with group of people (senior developers) mostly gone through my technical experience,skillet review,processes used etc.and then followed by a SVP interview for the final round before they offer me the Job.

Discussion of past projects, testing strategies, coding exercises, etc.
Overall very positive experience. I got direct honest feedback from each session, which is helpful. I had nice discussions, without the typical interrogation-style behavioral stuff.
