It was very casual, had a interview late in the summer with the Director of Special Education. I was offered the job within the district but it took a bit before I knew which school I’d be working at.

Standard interview questions of strengths, weaknesses, challenges of previous position, why Revere, etc. Interview panel consisted on principal, SPED director, and SLP. I received an offer approximately a week after I interviewed.
