laid back, easy, comfortable. straight forward. The interviewer was desperate for staff at the time so the process was simple. Asked for references, start date, availability. Described the work environment, hours, responsibilities and expectations

Interview
The manager at the time was very polite and the questions were well thought-out as well as direct with the job position. We talked about my past work experiences and did go more in-depth with the roles and responsibilities I had on my resume. Definitely one of the less stressful interviews I had and the manager was very polite about it.

Very simple, asked me about simple experience with elders, timings etc. I had my offer in my hands in 2 days. Overall very smooth and simple interview. Asked about dietary textures etc ( I.E minced, puree and fluid consistencies Honey thick, nectar thick Etc)
