However, after applying, I didn’t hear back for about three months, with no follow-up or communication regarding the next steps. While I understand HR may be managing a high volume of applicants, a timely update would have been helpful to explore other opportunities sooner. It would have been preferable to receive a decision within a month, even if it was a rejection. Additionally, it's worth noting that the company seems to prioritize candidates with degrees over those with extensive work experience. If you don’t have a degree, it may be something to consider before applying.
