Interview
This interview process is the worst I've ever experienced. I applied on linkedin, then got an email asking to fill out a form as the first "interview". This had some generic questions like what motivates you, what do you like about doing the job, ect. After submitting this they send you another email asking to connect on Skype for the next interview. When I arrived for the interview, I found out it was a TEXT CHAT, rather than a call. During this chat, they listed out new battery of "job duties" mostly unrelated to the actual position I applied for. A couple of my favorites include "contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings", and "planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives". BI Developer is a technological position, usually individual contribution. Do note that none of this was mentioned on the linkedin posting at all. At this point I closed out of the skype chat. I don't even know if I talked to an actual person or a chat bot. Either way, this company needs a MAJOR evaluation of their recruiting pipeline.

Interview
Initial interview with CEO and then three subsequent interviews and a final presentation. The three interviews are via Zoom and are in a timely fashion. The final presentation is in front of a panel so it can be intimidating.

Worked with a recruiter who reached out to me regarding potential interest in the company. After meeting with the three interview from leadership, two recruiters ...nothing....
No feedback, just ghosted. Ghosting candidates is unprofessional, however, during the Holidays, it is a profound testament of bad character. It reaffirms any assertion of being a conscientious employer is at best, only words on the website.
