Retina Specialty Institute interview questions

Interview in person with multiple heads of departments all at once after call/email to schedule. Multiple questions by different department heads and they try to figure out where you would fit best if you are right for the company.

It was good I interviewed with two ladies they were so sweet and kind we laughed a lot and they loved me so much I got hired the same day. They were so friendly o just felt that I would be happy here I took a big pay hit since my last job paid very well but I have an opportunity for advancement so the money will come in.
