The run up to the interview was a bit disorganised and they forgot which job I was applying for, and it was reinforced just how oversubscribed it was and how they had back to back interviews for the role. The interview itself is lots of questions about your suitability for the role which are ranked as you go, but if you don’t answer quickly enough they move you on. The two hosts were nice enough, but I felt like the set up of the interview itself doesn’t accommodate for genuine interest about the interviewee and their passions for the job, just how well you fit specific criteria. I left feeling a bit disillusioned by the process and was not surprised at all to receive a rejection a week later.
